I have 20 years of managerial experience in retail banking and 15 years in security directorship. I bring a wealth of finance experience, leadership skills, and a desire to excel in customer service to Blayde Security UK.
I have worked within the security industry for 25+ years. During that time, I’ve been fortunate to establish strong, lasting relationships with my clients by offering the best bespoke protection systems to meet their needs.
I have 15 years of experience in security, working my way up from entry-level positions after following in the footsteps of my late father and founder of Blayde, Colin Williams. I’m passionate about advocating for diversity and inclusion within the security industry.
Blayde Security Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, number 09177761 and currently holds SIA approved contractor scheme (ACS) status for provision of Security Guarding, Key Holding, and Door Supervisors. We also comply with ISO 9001 standards to ensure that we maintain the tight quality and high levels of care that our customers have grown to expect. All employees are screened to BS7858 standards.
